  Firstly over a month ago we ordered helium filled balloons for a 40th party we were having the assistant agreed it was no problem and we were given a receipt and a time on the day we could collect . Turning up at the agreed time we were told the manager hadnt even started doing them the shop assistants kept going out the back to ask if she needed help but was told to get out on severeal occassions after a fashion and a half hr wait the manager came out saying i couldnt have what we wanted as there was an influx of that balloon !!!!( we heard several popping ) after 40mins of waiting she appeared with the ballooons offering no apology or token of good will and i felt she was very rude, i certainly will not return to deal with this store .Very dissapointed on our very already busy and stressful party planned day we thought this would have lightened our load but it made it alot worse!!!
